Our wonderful team
Each setting has a high-quality staff team covering a range of qualifications and roles: nursery manager, deputy manager, room leader, Level 3 and Level 2 practitioners, apprentices, an on-site chef, a designated safeguarding lead and a SENCO.
All staff hold a current DBS check, paediatric first aid, safeguarding training and food hygiene training. Paintpots has a rigorous selection and training policy, with continued professional development. A very low turnover of staff and children means consistent care.
